At Pair Eyewear, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return and exchange policy for all frames and Top Frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we provide free shipping on all domestic returns to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Pair

  Place your glasses, Top Frames, and cases securely back in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our facility.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any USPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
